"Management is so detached that you are free to do what you want but because of that, you better know what you're doing or your on your own."

"Don't. Go somewhere, anywhere else."

"Because of the lack of a human resources manager, many employees were not properly screened coming in and therefor are not qualified. Very few college grads even in management and the sense of paranoia is high."
