"I like my co-workers and enjoy that we have a large IT budget."

"Leave innovation at the door. The ship has a captain and that captain alone needs appeased."

"Work/Life balance is rough. Passive/aggressive management. Poor project management. Business goals not well communicated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect IT staff's ability to work while not at the office. Allow for a larger physical IT staff."

"Wonderful people, great technology, but dragged down in politics."
What do you like about working at Chrysler?
"I loved working with the people there. It was easy to befriend and count on others. Middle management was easy to work with and shielded us from the higher ups, allowing us to concentrate on the technology."

"The company is run by 3 family members that look for someone that respects family."
What don't you like about working at Chrysler?
"I do not have any specific complaints about working at the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were in management, I would move the IT group from the corner where there are no windows, to a more comfortable place, since they keep the whole company running."
