"Bring your A game. Be fearless, confident, certain of what you want. Don't be indecisive about your skills as you be using them or leaving."

"The pace of problem-resolution was furiously crushing."

"Your employees are your company's real value. Try to retain that immense pool of talent and direct it well. I saw amazing things get accomplished during my time at AkamaI and feel the true waste of funds was in how quickly people were let go when profits were threatened."

"Company needs to respect its employees. It places too much importance on hiring cheaper workers, than on retaining quality or experienced workers. Pay managers more than the employees they oversee. Bring back Compensation time."

"Listen to employee and manager suggestions for improvement. Realize that what looks good on paper for the bottom line, may not necessarily be the right thing to do. Metrics don't tell the whole story. Statistic can be manipulated. Give incentives for employees to do a good job."
