"The company is currently in a state of tremendous fluctuation. Recent hires have been on board for as short as a few months before having their positions eliminated completely including practice managers and VPs. Public LinkedIn profiles of former employees will indicate this."

What don't you like about working at Network Computing Architects?

"Project management is not capable of executing and delivering. Company has recognized problems starting as far back as December, 2011 however no action has been taken and numerous employees, including practice managers, have left in search of other opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make better hiring and firing decisions. Integrate solid project management with experience and ability to manage actual project lifecycles. Correct some bad hiring decisions. Be willing to admit failure and take corrective action."
