"Project management is not capable of executing and delivering. Company has recognized problems starting as far back as December, 2011 however no action has been taken and numerous employees, including practice managers, have left in search of other opportunities."

"Make better hiring and firing decisions. Integrate solid project management with experience and ability to manage actual project lifecycles. Correct some bad hiring decisions. Be willing to admit failure and take corrective action."
