"There are absolutely no retirement plans, 401k, medical or dental, no bonuses."

"The isolation of not working around other GDIT employees because of the location."

"I don't have any at the moment, everything really is satisfying for me personally."

"I liked working on delivery of projects to the clients and the feeling of accomplishment when the team hit its target and the owner was pleased."
What don't you like about working at Ernst & Young?
"I have not heard anyone in the technology space that the global IT re-organionzation was a smart move."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should never RIFFED/ fired Malcolm Collingwood. He Throughout my 16+ years of working within the IT industry there is no executive that I hold in higher regard than Malcolm. Malcolm is a leader in the true sense of the word. He has the ability to motivate his people while moving the organization to the ultimate business goals"

"Great Place to try new idea."

"Yes, wait until this company becames a real Coporation and not a MOM and Pop organization."
What don't you like about working at Brightstar?
"The top Management had no idea what direction the company should go on, they hire 300 one year and fire 2500 the next, nuts! Bring all job in-house one year and then farm out all jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to focus on objective and goals for the company, improve HR policy and Employee retention. Stop experiment and foculs on what they know how to do... Quit experimenting with employees"

"A couple years ago, I would have ranked Calence at 5 stars in all categories but the quality of life has recently changed."
What do you like about working at Calence Management Services?
"I have been recognized adequately for my hard work and rewarded with training and quarterly bonuses. There are many of talented consultants and my direct managers are top notch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Calence/Insight Networking is not a bad company to work for. In fact, it is probably better than most with an emphasis on training and career advancement. However, the decision that will affect an employee the most does not know your name or what you do."
What don't you like about working at Calence Management Services?
"Since the merger, the quality of life at Insight has declined and seems to have taken on a cold corporate feel. Sadly, it has become similar to every company I have left in pursuit of better opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My one suggestion would be to once again take an interest in the consultants in the field, since these are the folks that make or break the company."
