"Pacific States is a subsidiary company of McWane Inc. They are currently upgrading their IT and making it uncertain for existing folks concerning their future with the company which makes it difficult to work for them."
What do you like about working at PSCIPCO?
"There are a lot of people that work at Pacific States that have been there for more than 35 years. That says a lot about a company in todays high turnover rate."
What don't you like about working at PSCIPCO?
"The hierarchy between the subsidiaries and corporate involves a lot of politics. There is a lack of communication that makes working there in a technology role frustrating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open the lines of communication between the corporate offices and the divisions to avoid uneasiness and lack of job security."
