"Believe me I loved working at Antech till became a number. If you can avoid working there please do the benefits and compansentation is not worth the aggravation. This job is legalized slavery run by West Coast snobs."

"VCAAntech used the economy to low ball salaries and remove higher paying salaries with less experienced workers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat people like people not like the animals they run blood work for VCA Antech really needs the managers to be managers and not high school students."

"It was a great oppourtunity and I had full support of the owner. Unfortunately he shut down the company so I lost this great oppourtunity."
What do you like about working at Tech Logic?
"I managed myself and another employee. I was given daily tasks and had to set my own schedule and prioritze things to make sure I completed the most important tasks. I was able to rely on my knowledge to get the job done on a daily basis."

"Just be yourself. Be open and honest because thats the best thing you can do."
What don't you like about working at Tech Logic?
"I was always worried about job security because the owner was flaky. I put 100% into the job every day. It was hard to be let go and not have any warning."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be open and honest with expectations of me so I know what I need to do to complete the job to the full satisfaction of management. I can be a great asset to the company and will do and complete any task that is given to me."

"Close to home, lots of roll your own solutions in place"

"It's a good place to work if you have no life outside of work. You'll be expected to work 50+ hours a week (and yes, your salary is based on 40 hours)."
What don't you like about working at Workforce Management Software?
"No organization - frequently other staff members would undo the work you have done. No work/life balance at all - my commitments outside of work (like my family) were of no concern to management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Assign people to certain areas within the operation and let them go. It is very unproductive to let everyone do everything."
