"Many of the team leads are open minded and any contributions toward the business are usually appreciated until they hired Ryan, that's when I decided to leave."

"Ryan the team lead for team C was completely unappreciative of my efforts at limeleap even though I maintained performance for a multinational corporation for 3 people while the other two positions were empty for about 5 weeks."

"It would probably be best to have a third party conduct reviews of both personnel and management in order to retain quality personnel."

"Be prepared to work. Never a dull moment. You will not be disappointed with work load."

"Middle management doesn't seem to show respect to employees. Lack team work, and distill fear among some employees. Make employee reluctant to make positive suggestions to improve productivity."

"Communication is very important. Currently this is terribly done by middle management, upper is perfect"
