"I've worked for more than 3 years and have seen constant layoffs.Good: Decent technology to work with, good people. Bad: Discrimination, petty politics, layoffs, no defined career path, poor choices in terms of technology and off the shelf products.This company does not believe in retaining people. They would much rather get someone else than help their current team grow and train."
