"This was a great company to work for but, unfortunately they outsourced the marketing team to Pakistan. They gave me the freedom to present plans to the team I lead the marketing team to implement all plans. I played a lot of roles at this company from collaterals, to CEO Events, design of our global website and press releases. NetSol Technologies help me grow in many ways and I am ready to be part of this team."

What do you like about working at Netsol Technologies?

"As a manager level, I was able to do all the strategic planning for the company and lead my team. I not only helped the marketing/sales team but, also other areas of the company. We moved into our global headquarters and I also designed our entire office space and plan. The Senior Management team was also very open all my ideas and let me grow in many areas that I was interested in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I know for myself, I really would love to get this position. I know this because the requirements and job description is what I love to do with great passion. For others who are applying, I just want them to really want this job based upon their skills and the job description."

What don't you like about working at Netsol Technologies?

"We were a Pakistan based company and our entire board were from Pakistan so we did not have an open view of the business market in the United States."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Each manager for each department should know their quarterly goals, plans and how to manage their team to success. The Senior Management team should let each department show them what they can do."

"Great working envoironment, great people, great learning opertunities also I used to like travelling in begining, I like compensation."

"Well, I am currently a part of Interview team of the company so I would suggest that if anyone is getting interviewed in the company he should have a complete knowledge of things he mentioned in the Resume."

What don't you like about working at Netsol Technologies?

"Less opertunities to move upward in the hierarchy, limited benefits, daily work assignments and no proper project plan."

"I have already escalated it many times in my current company that they should have a proper project plan and BA team should communicate the realistic timelines to the customer."

"Well yes, Who ever get interviewed in netsol should know each and everything he mentioned in the resume."

"Actually there is nothing major that I dislike about my current employer."

"The management at Netsol I very open to suggestions. They do the meetings with team and have forums where things can be discussed."
