"Avoid this company at all costs. The CEO swears, yells and insults his team regularly. HR is extremely weak and does not work to help change the environment. Many good people here, but the problem is the culture which is led by the CEO. Worst management I've ever seen...Period, Top management completely lacks people skills and simply do not care - this is a sweatshop, CEO/VP Ops literally tell people 'they don't care', Want you to work every weekends and long hours, No work life balance possible, Swearing and yelling is a regular occurrence, especially from the CEO, VP Management makes fun of you/yells at you if you do not come into the office when you are sick, Name calling from the CEO to his staff, Training and mentoring is non-existing. The only positive is there are many good individual contributors here."
