"I've worked for Net-inspect for 9 months now. I believe the work culture here is healthy and well-balanced. The company is small, but everyone works hard to help each other out when needed. The code base is well managed and the architecture is impressive, I've learned a lot within the short amount of time at the company. My biggest critique is the CEO is sometimes confrontational to a fault. He will often corner his employees and quiz them on certain topics, if the employee is not correct, he will shame them. He means well and wants everyone to learn more, but may not realize that this tactic can scare some people away from the company."
