"If you get an interview with this company, and even of you do well on the interview, and even if they say you're a shoe in, don't believe them until after you get your first check."

"completely disorganized, terrible about performance reviews, an very unstable financially, and lots of big egos"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"leave! trim the fat, that's you! and get a grip on what the hell kind of company Netk is, and do just that work."
