"The company is very large and there is a lot of flexibility to move around. This also gives flexibility for multiple teams or individual teams to work on multiple projects in active development. Management is interesting in working within a Chinese company. Middle management is very resistant to change unless their boss tells them to change. IT department is very outdated and not with the times of the western civilization."
