Pathetic senior management in India, No stake of Indian Management, Russian people driven company, No open culture, No acceptance, Long timer don't allow to settle new joiners. Overall company is not bad but certainly will not recommend anyone for long term plan."

"This company does not value loyalty or experienced employees. Jobs are simply outsourced to India and Russia because the salaries are much cheaper than North America. Quality is not a major concern. The flexibility to work at home was a major plus, however."
