"NeoSystems provides back office accounting support to clients so the workplace settings were often dictated by them. Neo hired many talented people and we developed a network where we supported each other. Some co-workers often felt more comfortable coming to me with questions than they would going to their supervisors. Unfortunately, some larger clients took their accounting in house and there were not enough new engagements to maintain work for all staff."
