"I like working in a lab style enviroment. That does not mean you are not productive or generating innovation to your clients.We accomplish high levels of efficiency standards to our clients benefits.We build products our clients buy most of the cases. We always are generating innovation to the benefit of our clients."

"Try to be business oriented. Also, keep a conservative and traditional thinking and you have to let them know you are a practical visionary."
What don't you like about working at Neoris?
"The obstacles and controls over my work. Business views always command technical views, so in many cases, you have bad products. The organization also gives a better status to the business guys."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think the management is excellent. The delivery model is impressive. No suggestions. Although I don't like many things, I understand this type of companies has to be managed in this way."
