"Be more strategic and be prepared to fight those tactical cases (n=1 is less important than n=many), always be ready to improve a process"

"Get executive buy-in to product, stop developing in a vacuum and give more visibility to what development is doing, weigh the importance of going-to-market over the risk of why you shouldn't go-to-market, don't gauge your priorities based on edge-cases"
