"No opportunity for advancement. They are showing signs of moving the company to another location In Alabama where they get laid much less and constantly lie about it. People quit and the positions at this location are not filled here but at the other location. Some of the leads are good at their job (4). The others are terrible. They have moved up the ladder brown nosing and not because of their skill or experience. There is a lot of favoritism. They have done away with all of the perks that they used to have for us and even began trying to make money off of us with a vending store. They are understaffed and I have even seen people have to work a shift alone due to lack of coverage. The leadership above the supervisors is non-existent. They make frivolous changes that creates more work for the employees. The systems for the telcos are antiquated too many different systems instead of conforming all of the telcos to the most efficient and useful systems. We were promised there would be an opportunity to work from home when hired, which was very short lived. We have over 100+ affiliates that we service. Finally the pay is lower than it should be given the workload. The only upside is you gain some experience that you can use to get a job with a company that has a clue."
