"The line employees at this company are dedicated and hard working if you treat them right. The company is a nice family oriented place."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is helpful to know that they make Balance bars, Jenny Craig and Post nutrition bars. The equipment used are mixers, extruders, wrappers (Doughboy) and box makers (Adco). It is a Kosher and FDA plant. Be fair, have trust and be flexible with the employees and this will help you a lot!"

"This place is great. They let you do your job and don't interfere. The production schedule can be a bit hectic due to customer needs."
