"Don't sell yourself short if you apply. Raises are few and far between, so you'd better have a figure in mind that would be your after the probationary period amount, plus maybe a little more."
What don't you like about working at Nella Oil Co.?
"Terrible management and they are top heavy in managers and directors. Inadequate training, treats staff as if they are all easily replaced and have no value. They also look to take from staff whenever there is a need to review expenditures, upper management is not cut or asked to shelve their bonuses and percs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trim the fat. They don't need managers and directors for many of the departments; it's duplicative and costly."
