"I have worked for NeilMed for several years. This company does not practice good life/work balance. This company is very abusive. This company only cares about how many hours you will work. If you get hired on to work 40 hours think again, you will be required to work tons more hours and days that were not in your contract. You will be hired to do one thing but required to do another. This is not a good company to work for and I would urge you to look elsewhere for employment. HR is not a good resource and is basically the middle man between you and the owner."
