"I felt supported as soon as I walked in the door, but that quickly changed. I started working for NEI in 2017. I got my best raise after that year, 4%. It dwindled until I didn't get a raise at all in 2020 (no one did). Supervisor positions, mid level positions have disappeared through my 5 years. One woman was the head of 3 different departments! When I decided to leave the company, I turned in my last day weeks 3 weeks ahead of time. They terminated me mid day Monday of my last week. I planned to train another employee to take over my responsibilities, but wasn't able to do that since they wouldn't even let me into the building. They packed all my things and sent them to cooperate. My teammate left a year earlier and she got a gift from all of us, flowers and a goodbye. I got treated like absolute trash. And I'm not the only one. They did this same thing to others as time went on. They said working from home would hurt their company culture, but they're hurting it all on their own. Treating their employees like they're less than people."
