"Be careful with these people. I worked for them for about a year and they made me sign a very restrictive non-compete agreement, which effectively meant that I couldn't work for any other aerospace company for 2 years after working at NSS. I left and they demanded to know who I was going to work for. I refused and they had their lawyer send me several threatening letters. They eventually gave up but it was a hassle. They also withheld my final paycheck for about 6 weeks, claiming that it was lost in the mail. So anyway, be careful with them. Many of the people who work there are quite nice, but the owners are very hard-nosed and will try to make your life hard. For example, they have many "policies" that they love to selectively enforce. One onerous policy is that only one person can have vacation at any one time. As you can imagine, it's pretty hard around Christmas to get time off. It's a small company (maybe 30 people) and everyone sits in one big open room, so there's not any real privacy."
