"No - different management team in place due to layoffs."

What don't you like about working at NECCO Candy Factory?

"Management style - not knowing who would make final decisions - executive team, private equity group or cross-functional management team, which is why I created a New Product Development process. I wanted the goals to be communicated up front to all the opportunities, risks and potential problems."
