Work-life balance is nothing, it's always less than 0 or in -100. Worst management and highly talented politics will play by both management and employees. NO VALUE FOR A TALENTED PERSON. Management knows if you are very talented THEY WILL NOT THINK ABOUT YOU. YOU HAVE TO WORK LIKE A ROBOT and PEOPLE WILL GET CREDIT OF YOUR WORK. NO JOB SECURITY. MANAGEMENT DON'T HAVE AT LEAST COMMON VALUES. NO FUTURE."
