"I have worked for Nebraska Furniture Mart for two and a half years. In this time, I've developed great working relationships with my customers and coworkers. I've been able to make an impact in the company both on the customer facing side, as well on the Human Resources side as well. While the company claims to be diverse and inclusive, they do look the other way when employees bring concerns to them, which tends to drive people away."
