"I worked for NEARI from 2002 to 2013. They are a very small school; but, they try hard to grow their staff across a wide range of disciplines. The job is very tough and opportunities for career advancement are limited; however, the people are generally caring, committed professionals with a desire to improve childrens' lives.The benefits package is pretty standard for the area, with salaries a little below the area average. The management team tries very hard."
