"I received my MS and PhD in past 5 years at NDSU. Meanwhile, I have been working as a research assistant in a composites group. I learned a lot and got paid to cover all my spending."

"The salary is limited as a student or post-doc at NDSU."

"Tracking all the materials and safety issues are important for composite manufacturing. Also, the enough training and experience are the keys to make sure the quality and quantity of the composites."
