"Everything else--I'd never been so unhappy in my life, and that was at the end of the first year."

"Don't lie to someone just bring them aboard--everything that I was told that specifically would not happen happened. Also first experiences are the most important--I arrived and for the first year got an administrative cold shoulder (couldn't even get my name spelled correctly) when word got out that I was unhappy and wanted to leave suddenly I'm showered with attention. I know what a token is."
