"NCSOFT West was a good company to work for overall. I had great managers, coworkers, and a very nice work environment there. Their only major flaw was a lack of leadership at the top which led to a sense of lack of direction for the company. This is also a result of the US market primarily being just a secondary market for NCSOFT HQ after their home market of Korea."
