"On my first day I was told that I was fat by my manager, then there was bullying going on because there were concepts I understood better than my manager, so he was afraid that they might give me his job, so he decided to make me look bad whenever possible. I came up with ideas that now with Covid19 were very important, but my manager preferred to not mention them on my review and eventually he took credit for those ideas, it was a horrible experience and now I don't have a job because I decided I had enough bullying and ideas stolen from me. I know I am supposed to not say anything bad about my previous employer in order for you to call me for this job, but I think that honesty is the foundation to a strong relationship between an employee and an employer so I decided that even if you don't invite me for an interview at least I said the truth."
