"Even though I only got to spend one summer there, it was quickly evident how wonderful and enthusiastic the people of Navis are. Upon arrival, I was greeting with a warm welcome, and each employee treated me with respect and gave me a helping hand when I needed one. They work to help the community around them while also focusing on taking care of their internal community and employees. 15/15"
"Great culture, great people to work with, not enough opportunities for growth,"

What do you like about working at Navis?
"The day to day challenges associated with the job, the industry in which Navis is based, and the people with whom I worked."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Due to the fact that Navis is just a smaller company, be aware that there are no benefits, pay may be low compared to larger companies in the industry, and there are not many opportunities for advancement. If you are satisfied in a smaller environment however, you may be happy here."

"The long term career opportunities were unfortunately not there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Due to the size of the company, there is not much I can say as far as recommending a solution to my problem with the lack of long term career opportunity. The management did a great job of running the company."
