"I have worked for Navex Global for 18 months. The company is results driven and works hard to maintain the ethical culture you would expect in a company in the compliance space. The company has emerged from multiple acquisitions and long standing leading software products. As a technologist, there is a lot of work in integrating, maintaining, and replacing older generations of technology."

"Great engineering team, but rigid and old school organization that really departs from the Portland area culture. A great company for people with kids - lots of family friendly company events - but exclusively so, especially with recent changes to the health benefit structure. Not a lot of advancement opportunity on the engineering side, and not a lot of innovation. The pace of the company has been to merge/acquire its way through the market, so engineering is busy with those healing seams rather than new tools."

"Navex Global is a great company. They have great insurance, policies, and they are fair. The only downside to this company is that the Communications Specialist job position is grueling. The sum of this job is dealing with wrongfully terminated employees who are POed off at their managers. Get ready for a job that demands patient, emotional detachment, and no satisfaction. The CS position offers no job growth."
