"Old infrastructure and dense traffic. Inconvenient airports for travel. IPT dispersed across too many geographic locations."

"Make timely and educated decisions. Ensure government employees do their jobs; an honet's day pay deserves an honest days worth of work."

"COMMISION CHARGE BACK PERIOD IS SIX MONTHS AND NOT ALWAYS PAID ON TIME."

"TO HIRE A MORE EFFICIENT STAFF TO SUPPORT PAYROLL."

"Aviation, the teams I developed and worked with, the level of access I was allowed to get the job done."

"The rotation of military supervisors sometimes left me in awkward positions until I was able to establish myself with the new boss. Grade levels were lower than civilian agencies"

"I liked being able to work with little supervision with a supervisor who would point out things that needed to be done and I would take care of them."

"It is a job with the Government. Everything moves at a snail's pace."

"The position was a new one and management never really found a home for me. I was shuffled around until ultimately I sat at a desk and waited for a phone to ring."

"Keep up with what their employees are doing and try to give them projects that take advantage of their strengths and keep them busy."
