"NRDC is an amazing organization where I can honestly say that the folks working there are truly aligned with the work. I worked in the litigations and large gifts office, and everyone was super dedicated. There is a bit of stagnancy as far as job growth. This, however, seems to be due to the fact that they have very low turnover. Folks tend to stay with NRDC for a long time, because it really is an a highly aligned non-profit, and a really lovely work environment."
