"The employees work very hard and genuinely care abut what they are doing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They had a fairly effective process. Not sure what it is like now. Be prepared to discuss what you did in your previous jobs and also be prepared to have an informal chat. Both types of interviews are used to make decisions."

What don't you like about working at National Student Clearinghouse?

"The CEO and most of his staff are the most political team I and most people have ever observed. There is no trust among any of them (especially the CEO and COO) and unfortunately, that trickles down to staff. Any competent staff has left or has been fired. What is left are the managers who play games well and pretend that all is well when they speak to the CEO and COO. Clearly the BOD is satisfied with the company's performance, but they care less how the employees are being treated. The CEO is committed to earning a Best Place to Work Award and even plants positive reviews on other sites which is why I am posting this here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They will not change. The BOD needs to step in and make some sweeping changes in leadership."
