"Be honest, true to your skills, it's like driving a car in a freeway, if you stay clam it is going be a good driving experience, if you are nervous, you won't be back to the interview again, did I mention that everyone has to go thru multiple interview process."

"I think of them as the visionary of the things I mentioned the above and they are excellent at what they do."

"I do not have anything to complaint about National Semiconductor. I left company because I wanted to improve my knowledge in electronic design field."

"Provide a constant changing enviroment with daily challanges that required short term and strategic planning."

"Get to know the people in your P/L. P/L vary across the company."

"The slow pace of decision making."

"Focus on key customers and being more willing to integrate solutions."

"National gives you the opportunity to grow technically."

"The West Jordan Plant was closed in the late 80's, I was one of the last people there"

"National semiconductors is no more in UT, but there is one in CA. I have no knowledge of them. National SemI in UT was making DRAMs, there is only one company left in the US that makes DRAMs, it is Micron technology in Idaho."

What don't you like about working at National Semiconductor?

"The people where very nice and competent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"National, could not compete with Japan or South Korea."

"Good place to hang."

"Not a good place for anyone over 45."

"No respect for older employees!"

"Rehire the older employees you laid off (3500 thus far)."
