"Good working ethic and innovative thinking, and continues improvement in the process and manufacturing process."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, true to your skills, it's like driving a car in a freeway, if you stay clam it is going be a good driving experience, if you are nervous, you won't be back to the interview again, did I mention that everyone has to go thru multiple interview process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think of them as the visionary of the things I mentioned the above and they are excellent at what they do."

"The West Jordan Plant was closed in the late 80's, I was one of the last people there"

"National semiconductors is no more in UT, but there is one in CA. I have no knowledge of them. National SemI in UT was making DRAMs, there is only one company left in the US that makes DRAMs, it is Micron technology in Idaho."

"The people where very nice and competent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"National, could not compete with Japan or South Korea."
