"never ask people that answer to you to do a job unless you yourself know how to do the job function, its never the general that makes the troops its the troops that make the general"

"They were purchased by a multI billion dollar company - they don't need my suggestions..."

"MetalSoft was a very intuitive company which allowed employee input and potential for new ideas and growth."

"Provide a return on their investment. I feel confident that given the right opportunity I will provide a solid return on an employers decision to bring me on board and confident I can obtain the sales goals."

"There are many suggestions that can be presented based on the current role of management. I have provided suggestions and am open to suggestions as a former manager. Allowing employees ownership of their responsibilities is important to me as a manager."

"I very much enjoyed the customers I dealt with and also the input I had in working to create more effective sales and marketing impacts."
What don't you like about working at Thieme Medical Publishers?
"I lvied in NYC for 6 months as agreed then commuted every other week for almost two years. At that time I decided that the goals I had set out to accomplish were completed & combined with the bI weekly commute I was comfortable leaving."

"Listen - set reachable but challenging goals, hire good people, give them the tools and direction they need then get out of the way. if you hired well & provide good support - they should hit and exceed numbers."

"Maintain your professionalism but show some dynamic energy and a love for what you do."

"Personally, I was too remote as I was located in MO while headquarters was in MN and regional headquarters was in TX. I believe I could have been more useful if I had been located closed to home office."

"Friendly and pleasant co-workers. Built some great relationships with clients as well. the product Altech manufactures is a joy to demonstrate and sell!"
