"I have been self employed since 2016. My approach on the commercial financial products has been developing relationships with the commercial lenders of community banks. Closing their turn-downs with other lenders that I've established relationships. This is a win for the bank because the Guarantor keeps their deposit at their bank and a win for the Guarantor because they are receiving the financing that they need. I also have an investor line of credit product that I sell nationally. I've used Linkedin as my main source of advertisement of this product line."
