"getting experience on Basic and Detailed Design,Construction and performance tests of the plant and rotary equipments (e.g. gas turbo generators/ compressors...)."

"I suggest to all particaipants that improve their knowledge beside getting experinece. The combination of these two can help them to enter the company most probably!"

"It could be a great place for learning and working if its management was stronger."

"Management itself is too complicated and lots of different factors makes it succeful. Anyway, there are two main basics which are human relationship and knowledge which are not preventable!"

"Easy working environment with full understanding and mutual respect. Great team working spirit."

"NIOC management is partly political position therefore technically not necessarily competent (compared to engineering.)"
