"The contract health care staff is sub par. They do not want to work, hid, very argumentative with anyone who tells them they have a job to do. They must be paged ALL of the time. The union adds to the problem. Must be careful of people asking to lend them $$s."

"Get rid of the old guard. They are doing nothing but bringing down morale and your work standards."
