Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have children growing up and want to be a part of their development, this is not the company for you. If on the other hand, you enjoy the freedom of traveling full time, this is a great company to work for."

"When the president required, the replacement terminated all of the senior management (some extremely gifted individuals) and replaced them with her friends (not extremely gifted individuals). The company was in chaos."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. I always believe that progress is good and a company should always be willing to take educated risks and always be grooming future leaders. This company was in a very unique niche market and had alot of critical expertise which was blindly replaced, crippling the company for a long period of time."
