"Make sure they are not going to lose any of their newly acquired Medicare contracts, b/c then they may let more people go."

What don't you like about working at National Government Services?

"They make business decisions without thinking a let people go at a drop of a hat b/c Senior management don't know how to account for new business. They protect their southern business locations from job cuts but nowhere else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't think they really understand the business. They under bid in the northeast contract and had to close many northern offices, even though those locations had better numbers and quality. They must think that moving the work out of state would be cheaper, but they couldn't keep up with the work and even demoted some execs to compensate."
