"Once was a great place to work, but after 4 different owners and many management changes it is barely tolerable. The location is fantastic but the technical job market is almost nill. With a very limited competition from other employers the company knows that if you want to stay in the area you have to stay where you are. The growth opportunities within the company are minimal as they don 't have to promote anyone to keep personnel feeling as if they are growing with the company. The equipment is very old and outdated and all employees are encouraged to find free tools to do their job."
