"I enjoyed working with machines. You were not micromanaged either, you had freedom to work as you see fit."

"As an operator, keep in mind that you will be busy THE ENTIRE TIME the machine is running...you have to be focused on the task at hand."

What don't you like about working at National Envelope?

"The summertime was the absolute worst. No A/C at all. The temp inside regularly hit 110 constantly, not counting the humidity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try not to micromanage your employees, let them have the ability to show what mettle they possess."
