What do you like about working at National Construction Rentals?

"They gave me the responsibility of handling trade shows for the company. They gave me their expectations, and let me handle it from there. Having the autonomy to do my job made me want to prove myself, and turn out a good product. In addition, we would play basketball with the President of the company every week."

What don't you like about working at National Construction Rentals?

"The only thing I didn't like about working there was that there was very little job diversity. It's was very hard for me in the past to be restricted to one particular function. Now, I might appreciate it a little more, even though I still enjoy diversifying."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We had very good managers. If I had to suggest anything, it would be for them to take themselves a little less seriously."
