National Circuit Assembly Employee

"I have worked for National Circuit Assembly (NCA) since July 14, 2014. They are a small up and coming company that has a lot of internal issues, but they have employees that are very hard workers. They have the makings of a good company but would have to weed out some employees that are us to the NORM."
