"The company currently only wants yes men if you can do just what you are told and not think out of the box, Areas USA would be a good fit."

"Bad decisions made by people with absolutely no retail experience and/or no experience in the USA travel retail industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company needs to completely separate its food operations from retail operations. They also need to stop relying on foreign consultants who have never lived or worked in the USA and do not understand vendor relationships and their relationship to growing a strong business.."
